How to achieve Bob Spring Twist

How to achieve Bob Spring Twist

Do you like an easily manageable hairstyle that doesn't require much styling to be functional? Do you LOVE hair that is light on your head and easy on your scalp and edges? If you answered YES to these questions, then you're in luck! I will share with you how I achieved these cute Bob Spring Twist.

I have always loved the versatility of our Spring Twist Braids, one of their biggest selling point for me being that they are super light and drain water very quickly as I enjoy swimming every now and then. I have done all possible styles with our Spring Twist Braids

and this time I thought to have a shorter install as it happens to be quite a busy time of year for me. I decided to make the style short and since I have already done our shortest style (8" Length Spring Twist) I decided to go even shorter and do a 6" style. To achieve this style, I used our 12" Spring Twist Braids in the shade 1B (Natural Black) and cut them in half to make 6" length. If you want to go even shorter, you can use our 8" Spring Twist Braids and cut them in half for a cute 4-5" Bob as demonstrated below

I normally do a perimeter install of individuals and crochet in the middle but this time I decided to do a full head of individuals as I didn't have much time to pre-twist the braids for a crochet install.

The installation process was quite easy as the hair is much shorter than what I am used to installing. I made the parts relatively smaller than medium size for some volume and this is the final style!

I recommend using this method for our plain color Spring Twist Braids but it can also be done seamlessly with our Ombre shades e.g. T30 or T33
